Payment Options

1. Online Credit / Debit Card Payments

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

2. Internet Banking

You can also pay for your order through net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account.

3. Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us.

 

Delivery of Products/Services

1. What is an e-booking?
An e-booking is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to players/members. Players/Members are required to produce the unique confirmation number to avail the services.

2. How will I get my e- details? 
Your e-booking details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-booking details within mentioned time please get in touch with us by email or phone.

3. Is it necessary to carry my e-booking with me? 
Not necessarily, it is not mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-booking as sent by us.

 

Amendment and Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking before 6 hours of the allotted slots by cancelling from the Book& Play page on our website. Cancellations may not be charged if you cancel within the stipulated time. Please refer to cancellation policy for any cancellation charges.

Refund Policy
The refund accruing shall be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider.. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded to the source account within a maximum of 14 days from date of cancellation. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective service provider.
We acts only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the charges paid to third party service providers.
Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking if any will not be refundable.

What are the cancellation/amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of slot bookings are at all times subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied or may be payable to the relevant in accordance with such relevant third party payment service provides cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant cancellation/refund policy with respect to the slots to be booked.

Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Racketry Sports Infra Pvt Ltd for refunds . The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary.
